iPhone 4 is now available for free-contact in Canada. The SIM-free device will be available on Bell, Rogers and TELUS.

The price of iPhone 4 for free-contract is CA$659 for 16 GB version and CA$779 for 32 GB version. iPhone 4 is also available with a two or three year contract and costs CA$199-299.
