The future Tegra 2 3D processor will be available in two models, one for Tablet PC’s named T25 with dual Cortex-A9 that will offer a speed up to 1.2 GHz (5520 MIPS). The Tegra 2 3D model for smartphones is named AP25 and has the same features as the T25 version for Tablets. This new Tegra chipset is expected to be presented at the MWC 2011.

According to the image, the release date of Tegra 3D will be somewhere in Q1 2011.

And that’s not all, Nvidia is preparing another Tegra chipset, named Tegra 3 Quad-core. Tegra 3 T30 will be the version just for tablets and is capable to run at 1.5 GHz frequency, with 3X graphics performance and Ultra Low Power (ULP). Also, T30 is capable to show Blu-ray videos and support up to 1920 x 1200 pixels screen resolution. The Tegra 3 Quad-core version for smartphones is named AP30 and has some similar features as the T30 but with a small resolution for screens, 1366 x 868 pixels.

The release date of Tegra 3 Quad-core is expected to be somewhere in Q3 2011, but it will probably show up in some great new products at the CES 2012.
