Pre-order for Samsung Tab available in Europe

After only one day after the official launch in Berlin, Samsung Tab, the tablet from South Korean company became available for pre-order.

The Android tablet costs in Europe from €699 ($890) to €799 ($1.020). In UK, Expansys retailer is taking pre-orders for the Samsung Tab for £680 ($1.050). Samsung Tab will be available on October 11th. These prices don’t include the value added tax (VAT) which is 19 – 20%.

Samsung Tab runs the Android 2.2 Froyo OS. Specification list of Tab include a 7 inch touchscreen display with 1024 x 600 pixels resolution, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and USB connectivity, capable to show HD videos, video calling, it also has Flash support, GPS navigation and more. The tablet has 16 GB internal memory up to 32 GB via microSD card and the processor is ARM Cortex A8 with 1.06 GHz. Others features are the 3.15 megapixels camera with autofocus capable to record video, and one secondary camera for video calls. The Samsung Tab has a 4000 mAh battery and is capable to show movies up to 7 hours. The Tab has 380 g weight and is available in two colors: black and white.

On Samsung Tab you will find preinstalled a document viewer, Google Search, Maps, Gmail, and YouTube, Calendar, Google Talk and Picasa integration. You can edit your photos with the photo/ video editor.
