iPhone visit space into a weather balloon
An amateur science team composed of a father and son from New York thought that it will be interesting to send an iPhone in the space, and they did it.
After a few months of documentation and testing, Luke Geissbuhler (40) and his son Max (7), attached an iPhone and a HD camera in a weather balloon and send it into space. The entire journey last 102 minute but after reaching an altitude of 19 miles, the balloon burst and is parachuted back to earth.
