Vodafone Froyo update for Nexus One
Vodafone announced that during next week it will incorporate Android 2.2 Froyo into Nexus One. Even though Google oficially released Android 2.2 a long time ago, the Nexus One bought from Vodafone still runs Android 2.1.
This Android 2.2 Froyo will hit all handsets in a few days. Although it doesn’t come with the Amazon MP3 store and Google Goggles in the ROM, both of them are available for download in the Android Market.
An important feature of Froyo is Wi-Fi tethering hotspot which is set to open but you’ll have to secure it.
