Nokia N8, a new star with Carl Zeiss optic lents, HD Video and 12MP camera

Nokia have crossed the line once again, bringing us 2 in 1, a beautiful phone and a camera.The 12 megapixel camera comes with Carl Zeiss optics and Xenon flash, HD-quality video recording, film editing software and Dolby surround sound, but that’s not all.

The camera can capture 720p HD video at 25 frames per second, up to 3 hours and 20 minutes. It also offers 7 hours of video playback, 50 hours of music playback and an impressive talk time up to 12 hours, all thanks to a 1200mAh battery.

The N8 got an 3.5 inch touchscreen with HD resolution, plenty of storage for your videos, 16GB of built-in memory and supports microSD up to 32GB. At connectivity chapter N8 brings a quad-band GSM/EDGE, a five-band 3G, Wi-Fi b/g/n, Bluetooth 2.1, GPS with A-GPS, microUSB and a built-in FM transmitter. The N8 comes also with Ovi Maps for free voice-guided navigation.

The last but not the least, Nokia  N8 is the first device that runs Symbian^3 and has support for the Qt cross-platform apps and UI framework.

The estimated price for this phone is 370 euro (500 US dollars) and it will be available in Dark Grey, Silver White, Green, Blue, Orange.
