iOS 4.3 beta 8FS148b released, reveales new features including Mobile Hotspot

Apple has just released the latest iOS 4.3 beta 8FS148b  to developers and brings a lot of new features to the iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad.

An important feature of this new 4.3 release is the Mobile Hotspot, which allows you to connect up to five different devices to your iPhone via Wi-Fi.

Another great feature is the AirPlay Video support for third party applications which allows you to stream video to your Apple TV from iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch with apps other than the Apple ones.

Some new camera effects for FaceTime supporting devices such as the iPhone 4 and iPod touch 4 are: Thermal camera, X-Ray, Kaleidoscope, Turbine, Tunnel of light, Collapse, Enlarge and Normal. Also the new iOS 4.3 beta 8FS148b brings a new FaceTime icon.

Multi-touch Gestures for iPad brings:
– Screen response to tapping with more than 4-5 fingers.
– Swipe upwards to show multi-tasking options
– Swipe left or right for switching between open apps

Other features include a New Noteworthy fonts for iPad, AirPlay access to third-party applications for multi-media streaming and SMS Alert Tone repetition up to 10 Times.
