The future XPERIA X-Wave features an 8.1 megapixels camera with HD video recording, 1.5 GHz processor, an Exmor R Sensor and most likely over 8 GB of internal memory and more than 512 MB RAM. Also, is expected to have Bluetooth 3.0, 3G+ and Wi-Fi connectivity. The Xperia X-Wave will run the Android OS.
