If you have an Nokia smartphone with Symbian Belle OS you can download from Nokia Store the Skype app for free.

The Skype application has been updated to reflect the Belle user interface. Skype for Symbian Belle (v2.1.23) weights 6.9 MB and can be found in Ovi Store.
