Samsung Galaxy Gio available on Bell and Virgin Mobile carriers

The entry-level Android smartphone Samsung Galaxy Gio is now available in stores on Bell Canada and Virgin Mobile Canada.

The smartphone was priced at just $149 at Virgin Mobile and $249 at Bell, or $0 and $29.95 respectively on a 3-year contract.

As a remember, Galaxy Gio was revealed for the first time on Mobile World Congress 2011. Galaxy Gio features an 800 MHz processor, 3.2 inches touchscreen with 320 x 480 pixels resolution, 3 megapixels camera and runs the Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS.
