Dell announces the Streak tablet

Dell Streak tablet is now official on AT&T carrier at the price speculated some weeks ago, $299.99 with a two-year contract, and $549.99 for free-contract.

Dell Streak runs the Android 1.6 version, upgradable to Froyo version “later this year“. The specification list of Streak tablet include a 5 inch capacitive touchscreen display with WVGA resolution (480 x 800 pixels) capable to record HD videos, 1 GHz processor, 5 megapixels camera with dual LED flash, autofocus and possibility to quick upload on YouTube, Flickr, Facebook and more, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and USB connection, 512 MB RAM and microSD card slot max 32 GB.

Dell Streak is perfect for watching multimedia content, web navigation and GPS navigation.

Streak tablet will be available on AT&T stores this week on August 12.
