Tega v2, the tablet with Windows OS
Tega v2 is made by a Australian company Tegatech and this time, it’s not another tablet running the Android operating system.
Tega v2 runs the Windows 7 OS, and features a 10.1 capacitive touchscreen with multi-touch support, Intel Atom N455 processor running at 1.66 GHz. The Tega tablet has 1 GB of RAM, and support up to 2 GB of DDR3 RAM. There is also an Intel GMA 3150 chip to render high quality graphics. On board, memory comes in 3 size options – 16 GB, 32 GB and 64 GB SSD while there is also an SD/ SDHC memory card slot that will let you add 32 GB more.
Other features includes Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, USB 2.0, and a 1.3 megapixel camera. The dimensions of Tega v2 are 243 x 190 x 14 mm and has 870 grams weight.
This week some new details popped out about Tega v2 capabilities:
– it have a dedicated CTRL + ALT + DELETE button
– the tablet may be able to dual boot Windows and Android
The price of Tega v2 is unknown for the moment.
