KT announced the Identity Tab with Android OS and WiBro data service

KT has announced the Identity Tab, a 7 inch tablet similar with Samsung Galaxy tab  but with a LCD TFT panel.

KT Identity Tab features a 3 megapixels camera, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, DMB TV tuner and HDMI connectivity, 1 GHz processor, 8 GB of internal storage. It also comes with WiBro data service, ambient light sensor, accelerometer and multitouch support. We don’t now what version of Android Os it will run but be might consider the Android 2.2.

This tablet is specially made for web-surfing with sideline in ebook reading, social networking and media playback.

KT Identity Tab is available for sale starting today in Korea for 300,000 won ($251) contract-free or free with a 24-month WiBro agreement (priced at 27,000 won ($23) per month).
