Motorola DROID RAZR finally unveiled, making its way to Rogers and Verizon

Motorola has launched the ultimate smartphone, the DROID RAZR which is officially the thinnest smartphone in the world and quite a beauty. Even though has the same name as the famous Motorola RAZR, there are not to many similarities.

DROID RAZR is the slimmest smartphone in the world (only 7.1 mm) produced yet and the lucky carrier that will first have the RAZR on their shelves will be Rogers Communications. Now, let’s see what this little start features. Speaking about its design, what pops is its thinnest aspect and lightweight. Its body it’s made from a revolutionary material, the well known Kevlar, in which the hardware parts are wrapped in and it’s water resistant, so you won’t have to worry if it falls in water. Cool, huh?

Speaking about its features, it packs a 4.3 inch Super AMOLED Advanced display, covered in a Gorilla Glass screen with splash-guard coating, and is powered by a OMAP 4430 chipset with a 1.2 GHz dual-core Cortex-A9 processor. Its 8 megapixel front facing camera can record cinematic-quality 720p videos with 1080p HD, so you can create your own movies if you wish. It comes with 1GB of RAM and runs the Android 2.3.5 OS.

This RAZR sensation will start selling in the entire world in November, will arrive at Rogers Communications before the holidays and Verizon has already announced that it will accept pre-orders for DROID RAZR on October 27.
