HTC unveils the slide-out QWERTY Desire Z

HTC Desire ZToday took place the HTC launch event in London, where the next generation of Android devices including HTC Desire Z and HTC Desire HD were revealed.

Beside these two beautiful phones, HTC presented the improved version of HTC Sense and announced a new set of online services at HTCSense.com. You may wonder what’s new? Well, you will be able to locate your HTC on a map, backup your text messages, contacts, and settings, make your phone ring loudly when you loose it in your room and a lot more great things.

We know that almost every smartphone has a “star” feature. Desire Z has the ability to almost instantly boot up, almost means no more than 5 seconds for a fully boot up.

Now, let’s unveil some more features. Desire Z has a QWERTY keyboard and includes a  3.7 inch Super LCD display, 5 megapixels camera capable to record 720p HD videos and a 800 MHz Qualcomm 7230 processor. Just like the Desire HD, it brings a G-Sensor, a proximity sensor, an ambient light sensor and runs Android 2.2 (Froyo). See what other goodies are packed in that aluminum body checking this link.
