Samsung Wave 723, another phone with Bada OS

Samsung Wave 723 Bada OSSamsung announces a new smartphone with Bada OS which will be available for the first time in Germany starting September 2010.

Samsung Wave 723 (GT-S7320E) features a 3.2 inch TFT LCD touchscreen with WQVGA resolution, 5 megapixels camera with LED flash, and dual-band UMTS/ HSPA. Other features include a Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity, GPS receiver, and is expected to support the DivX and Xvid codecs. Samsung Wave 723 has only 11.8 mm thickness and a metallic back cover.

In new and innovative ways, the Wave 723 delivers on Samsung’s goal to give a rich, connected smart phone experience to everyone,” said JK Shin, President and Head of the Mobile Communications Business, Samsung Electronics.

The price will be around 240 euros (US $306), lower than Wave 2 and Wave 2 Pro.
